Resort Llogara is located about 1000m above the sea level on the beautiful pine tree forest of the National Park of Llogora, which is one of the pearls of the natural beauties of Albania. During holidays, tourists are left breathless from the spectacular scenery of the evergreen trees and the cold water springs that flow from underneath the mountain. During the hot summer time tourists can enjoy the cool air of the mountain, in the same time the sandy or rocky beaches of Vlora are only a short drive away. Very close to the camp, you can go hiking the Llogara Gap which is 1027m above the sea level. From there tourists could either appreciate the scenic beauty of the mountain or the clear blue waters of the Jon Sea.
Resort Llogara first opened its doors in 1993. The village is made of 16 log cabins. Each cabin has 2 bedrooms, a full bath, cable TV and a mini bar.
The newest structure of the Resort is a hotel with 3 suits, 17 rooms for double occupancy, and 3 for triple occupancy. All rooms are furnished with cable TV and mini bar. The hotel also has three conference rooms ranging from 15 to 150 seats. All the conference rooms are furnished with all the necessary electronic equipment needed for presentations. The hotel has also a movie theatre.
Inside the hotel there is a restaurant that can accommodate up to 130 people at the same time. The restaurant offers a menu with traditional entrees from Albania, Italy and Greece. It also serves an international breakfast.
The bar can accommodate over 100 people with about 30 seats on the front porch of the hotel. There you can be in a social surrounding while playing a game of pool, table tennis or while enjoying the different non-alcoholic or alcoholic beverages that the hotel serves.
A very nice feature of the hotel is the indoor swimming pool. Meanwhile, the hotel is anticipating the opening of a new fitness centre, a solarium and a sauna. At the entrance of the park, a souvenir park is soon to be opened.
Every Saturday, tourists would be able to enjoy live music from different artists and musicians at the hotels environment. It is impossible to spend time in such a place and not feel truly special.
Children have always been our first priority here at the Resort Llogara. That is why we have run many programs and activities for the children such as different games and walks in the park under our supervision, where kids can learn different facts about the nature, history and even legends. There are also many other healthy activities that take place in the swimming pool or on the vicinities of the hotel. For younger children or toddlers the hotel offers babysitters.
