TIRANA, Oct. 9 – President Alfred Moisiu announced Monday that he would meet the next day with his Kosova counterpart Fatmir Sejdiu at the Qafe Morine border points in Tropoja. But an hour later there was another announcement canceling the trip for personal reasons. It was not really known what was the real cause of cancelation. It was also learnt the same day that Moisiu would hold an official visit to Belgrade Oct. 15-16 where naturally he will discuss on Kosova as well.
