TIRANA, Oct 21 – There have been increasingly more and more investors from Britain, Russia, Serbia, Spain or Arab countries interested in the Albanian real estate.
Land spots around capital Tirana are their target, added with those along the Albanian shore.
It seems they consider Albania as a less risky country to invest their money. Besides the price in the country is still low compared to their standards.
A square meter in Albania may be normally bought for 50-60 Euros which is likely ten times less than one found in other countries.
Then Albania is still not affected negatively by the world financial crisis and may likely avoid its impact.
That is also noted with the fact that Albanians continue to look for new apartments despite increased prices.
