DURRES, May 12 – Two officials of the mortgage office in the western port city of Durres were arrested on corruption charges after they had illegally registered property on behalf of family members.
Petrit Maliqati and Olsjon Rrjepaj were arrested last week after it was discovered they had illegally registered a property. They are charged with passive corruption and abuse of post.
