NATO commander talks on Albania’s integration

TIRANA, Sep. 30 – NATO’s Supreme Allied Commander Europe, Admiral James Stavridis made a visit to Tirana Thursday to meet with the country’s military and also senior officials.
Admiral Stavridis was accompanied by his wife and also a team of 18 officials in his visit.
He met with Albanian top military officials, Defense Minister Arben Imami and also Prime Minister Sali Berisha.
Albanian armed forces, international security issues, national and regional situation and Albania’s contribution in international peacekeeping missions were the topics of discussion.
