New Eagle Mobile, Albtelecom shops open in Lushnja, Himara

TIRANA, Oct. 15 – Turkish-owned Albtelecom and Eagle Mobile fixed line and mobile operators have inaugurated new shops in the town of Lushnja and Himara. The new shops were launched in the frame increasing the companies’ points of sale, offering qualified and modern services of fixed telephony, the internet and mobile telephony.
Speaking at the inauguration ceremony, Deputy Director General, also Director of the Sales Group in ALBtelecom and Eagle Mobile, Mr. Aleksand철Kadiqi said that ALBtelecom and Eagle Mobile have customers in their focus of attention and through the new, modern infrastructure of the shops network both companies will offer fast and qualified services, dedicated to all residents, institutions and businesses of this region. According to him, ALBtelecom and Eagle Mobile have tripled the network capacity in this region thanks to investments, and will continue to enhance this capacity in the future. “Customer Care is the main focus of ALBtelecom and Eagle Mobile. This shop is the continuation of visible and invisible investments that ALBtelecom and Eagle Mobile are doing. ALBtelecom network has been completely transformed, and this network of shops is only the visible part of these investments”, said Kadiqi. As Director of the Sales Group he added that the two companies will continue to expand their network of shops, with the sole purpose of being closer to the customer with a wide range of fixed and mobile telephony services.
Through investment in new and modern shops, inaugurated in the main cities of the country, ALBtelecom and Eagle Mobile have enhanced even more the quality of their services.
The two companies have also increased the capacity and quality of services due to investments made in their network. ALBtelecom will now be able to offer new IP multimedia services and high speed internet. The infrastructure of the two companies is already fitted with the latest technology NGN.
Through continuous and modern investments, ALBtelecom dhe Eagle Mobile have increased the coverage capacity with quality services in the area of Himara and Bregu, despite the difficult mountainous terrain. In addition to fixed line internet provided by ALBtelecom, Eagle Mobile offers faster mobile internet connection.
