The government approved the new draft law on taxation procedures upon the suggestions of the Ministry of Finance that has noticed serious problems especially with the sanctioning procedures which have deteriorated the business climate. New rules will apply to the taxation authorities who will be civil forces.
The law also adjusts to the requirement of the cash registers to be implemented soon, increases penalties for non registering, hiding the number of employees as well as allocates a 30-day period of grace for the fine to be paid or contested by a business company before collection.
