No public assets to be exploited for the electoral campaign

TIRANA, April 6 – Prime Minister Sali Berisha made another significant announcement Wednesday – that no public assets should be exploited for personal purposes from the public administration during the electoral campaign for the May 8 local polls.
Berisha said at a cabinet meeting that he would also ask his governing Democratic party to offer the proper funding for him to hire his car during this time.
The premier said that police would be advised to check and block any vehicle or other instrument that any public employee may use for political purposes until the elections.
