Nonpublic sector indebted to KESH

TIRANA, Nov. 26 – The non-public institutions are still a big debtor to the Albanian Electro-Energy Corporation, or KESH. Their debt up until the end of October was about 1.8 billion leks, according to KESH. The water supply company is the biggest debtor, with 70 percent of that amount, or some 1.26 billion leks. The debts include about one billion carried over from 2005 and before.
