OSCE to help Albania’s environment protection

TIRANA, Aug. 22 – Albanian Environment Ministry and the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe signed a memorandum of understanding on the environmental information and the application of the Aarhus Convention in Albania. The agreement was signed by minister Lufter Xhuveli and OSCE’s head Pavel Vacek. The deal will be for the next two years during which the OSCE experts will offer their technical and logistic experience to Albania on creating capacities.
