TIRANA, Jan 20 – The distribution power utility, or OSSH, made known that it will begin checking the documentation of each electricity consumer.
This is another effort on the part of the public corporation to stop the stealing of electricity.
OSSH has been bought by a Czech company that is now negotiating with Albanian authorities.
However, consumers have complained that the OSSH is not properly reading their power meters.
