TIRANA, Feb.28 -Berisha said in a meeting of the Strategy Planning Committee that the bread prices rose sharply due to the speculations of the wheat trading mafia which tries to escape its legal tax obligations. Berisha also blamed media for changing price labels while filming bakeries. He said all actors will be held responsible and that the free market should not tolerate such abuse.
