Prison department holds ceremonies during the world human rights day

TIRANA, Dec. 12 – Prison department held Tuesday, the world day of human rights, a series of activities at different prisons. One of the activities is an exhibition of human values with the best artistic works from prisoners. The activities aim at creating the impression that prisons are a place of re-education and rehabilitation of human rights. Senior government officials will take part at the activities.
