TIRANA, March. 12- Economy Minister Genc Ruli reported to the parliamentary commission for economy that the privatization of the distributing unit of KESH will be finalized withing this year,by August. The government will start the tender procedures next month, said Ruli. The opposition has again opposed this transaction saying it is badly timed.Minister of Economy, Genc Ruli has warned that upon the sale of 76 percent of the shares of he distributing unit of KESH, as much as 4000 employees of this corporation are expected to lose their job and be compensated in welfare.
