TIRANA, Oct. 31 – Education and Science Minister Genc Pollo and the conference of rectors held Tuesday a meeting on the draft law on high education. The minister said that was the first time such a thing was organized, sending the draft law to the beneficiaries before it is passed by the parliament. Both sides evaluated the importance of the issue, which covers some 2,000 professors and thousands of students all around the country. The draft law has had much opposition from many professors.
