MOSCOW, Nov. 1 – Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said Wednesday that cooperation between Moscow and Tirana “is developing dynamically”. An agreement on customs issues and a programme on cultural cooperation in 2006-2007 are being prepared for signing. “We hope that we’ll be able to fill them with substance and hold contacts at the high level in order to sign an initialed treaty on cooperation,” the minister stressed. Albanian Foreign Minister Besnik Mustafaj stressed Russia’s role “in ensuring stability in the world”. Mustafaj was in Moscow for the 15th meeting of the foreign ministers of the Organization of the Economic Cooperation of the Black Sea countries. Mustafaj also met with serbian Foreign Minister Vuk Draskovic and Turkish one Abdullah Gyl.
