An agreement on customs issues and a programme on cultural cooperation in 2006-2007 are being prepared for signing. “We hope that we’ll be able to fill them with substance and hold contacts at the high level in order to sign an initialed treaty on cooperation,” the minister stressed. Albanian Foreign Minister Besnik Mustafaj stressed Russia’s role “in ensuring stability in the world”.
