TIRANA, Oct. 29 – The Education Ministry and the UNICEF held a seminar on school abandonment which has increasingly disturbed authorities in the country. A research study presented by Education Development association said that the teacher at school was focused only to the explanation of the text because the teaching plan has not clear cut objectives for the student’ knowledge that should be achieved. A method different from that was applied in pilot projects during the last four years in Tirana, Kor衬 Shkodra, Dibra, Kuk쳬 Gjirokastra, that has given interesting and positive results. Hundreds or thousands of pupils abandon school in the country, mainly in remote rural areas.
