South East Europe 2020 strategy for creating 1 million jobs

SARAJEVO, Nov. 20 The RCC’s South East Europe (SEE) 2020 strategy would be adopted in Sarajevo this Thursday at the Ministerial Conference of the South East Europe Investment Committee.
Creation of one million new jobs in SEE until 2020 is the most important aim of the strategy dubbed “Jobs and Prosperity in a European Perspective”.
The event will bring together ministers of economyfrom Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Kosovo, Moldova, Montenegro, Romania, Serbia and The Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, representatives of the European Commission and other regional and international partners and initiatives, international organizations, and donor community.
The Regional Cooperation Council promotes mutual cooperation and European and Euro-Atlantic integration of South East Europe in order to inspire development in the region to the benefit of its people. The RCC is based in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina. Its participants comprise 46 countries, organizations and international financial institutions.
The RCC dedicated cost for theSEE2020 strategy is funded by the European Union.
