Southeastern police strengthen ties

Ljubljana, Oct 19 – Interior Ministers and other senior officials of southeastern European countries met in Slovenia last week to discuss illegal immigration, organized crime, corruption and terrorism.
Albanian vice Interior Minister Genti Strazimiri expressed his government’s readiness to cooperate with all European countries to fight organized crime involving Albanian immigrants throughout the continent.
Albanian police have successfully carries out 42 operations, in collaboration with other countries, during the last three years.
