SHKODRA, July 13 – Police blocked eight speedboats used by individuals along the northern coastline in the Velipoja-Shengjin area.
Police acted based upon recent laws enacted in which all speedboats are prohibited to be used by individuals for a temporary period in an effort to stop human and drug trafficking to neighboring countries. (Tirana Times Staff)
