TIRANA, June 27 – With the ruling Socialist Party having won a clear mandate to govern the country on their own in the next four years, no major changes are expected in the tax policy, at least in the short-run. With almost all votes counted, the ruling Socialists have won 74 out of 140 MPs in the June 25 elections, in a victory that gives them full control to govern on their own in the next four years.
