DURRES, Dec. 9 – Police said that Dritan Barci, 25, had been kidnapped by two persons. They had used force to grab him and take away and had left with a taxi. Immediately after that police blocked roads, or set check points in all the main road axis of the city. they were stopped near the Coca Cola plant along the Durres-Tirana highway. Police arrested the two kidnappers _ Indrit Ballcaj, 25, and Perparim Vata, 32 _ but also the victim, Ballci. He had been a wanted person for theft and had been sentenced to 18 years imprisonment for a previous criminal act he had committed.
