TIRANA, Jan. 27 – Kosovo’s Security Force Minister Haki Demolli made a visit to Tirana Tuesday invited by his host counterpart, Mimi Kodheli.

Demolli is the new minister after his country’s new government was formed.

Both ministers discussed on the challenges of their countries inside and also in the region.

Tirana repeated its pledge of supporting Kosovo’s future membership in the NATO alliance.

Kodheli also said Albania would offer multilateral assistance to Kosovo’s armed forces.

“The road to NATO membership is difficult, it asks for vision, determination and correctness in complying with the strict criteria of the alliance, we shall be with you as the best advisers, trainers and guidelines in that road,” said Kodheli.

The two ministers also signed the cooperation plan in defense for this year.
