TIRANA, Sept. 27 – Albania climbed 5 steps to rank 75th among 137 economies globally in the 2017-2018 Global Competitiveness report, but tax rates and corruption remained the top two concerns for doing business in the country. The findings are unveiled in the latest Global Competitiveness report measuring national competitiveness defined as the set of institutions, policies and factors that determine the level of productivity.
