Teuta Topi attends first ladies summit

MALAYSIA, Oct. 12 – Albanian First Lady Teuta Topi, the president’s spouse, took part at a summit held in Malaysia with other first ladies.
Women, Family and Community Development Minister Datuk Seri Shahrizat Abdul Jalil hosted a dinner for delegates of the 2010 First Ladies Summit.
There were 15 first ladies, 13 ministers and seven envoys in attendance.
The four-day summit had as the main theme “Today’s Children, Tomorrow’s Leaders”.
The summit aimed at urging governments to express their collective political to invest early and wisely in children.
