TIRANA, Jan.31-The Greek consortium ‘Atermon sa- Roder and Blackwell Consulting’ is the winning firm for the concession on the Fier power plant which is part of the ‘Albania one euro’ investment scheme. The company will rehabilitate a plant with a capacity of 200 megawatt and the expected productivity is 1.6 billion kilowatt/hour. The plant which was built in 1966 is very outdated due to the lack of investment and maintenance.
