TIRANA, April 7 – Three people died and a fourth was seriously injured after an exchange of fire in a notorious neighborhood of the southwestern port city of Vlora.
Police said two gangs clashed at a cafe in the Cole neighborhood, where some of the most deadly clashes happened during the anarchy of 1997.
Police have already arrested three suspects and are looking for another two.
The clear motive of the clash is not known, but the local media reported there had been a fight between the two gangs at a local casino earlier in the day.
