Topi visits neighboring Macedonia

TIRANA, April 13 – President Bamir Topi will hold a three-day visit to neighboring Macedonia invited from his counterpart George Ivanov.
Topi will be accompanied by a big official delegation and also Albanian businessmen.
During the talks the two presidents and the delegations will talk on further strengthening the very good ties between the two countries and their joint goals of Euro-Atlantic integration.
Albania is a NATO member while Macedonia is a step ahead toward EU membership.
During their stay there will also be held a Macedonian-Albanian business forum in Skopje aimed at deepening the economic cooperation and trade exchange, finding new ways of reciprocal investment and further on to the region.
During the visit Topi will also meet with Macedonian Parliament Speaker Trajko Veljanovski, Prime Minister Nikola Gruevski, former president Branko Crvenkovski and also leaders of the Albanian political parties there Ali Ahmeti, Menduh Tha詠and many more.
