TIRANA, Feb. 5-6: Expressing the impressions from his last week’s visit to Albania, Turkish Foreign Minister Abdullah Gul acknowledged that following an isolated and closed regime, Albania is need of reliable friends in the field of free enterprises and is currently trying to reform its legal infrastructure. The Turkish daily Zaman noted that “As you observe potential areas for development, you can easily say that they are edging a giant leap.” G
