Turkish companies among top ten in Albania

TIRANA, May 19 – Three Turkish companies operating in Albania were listed among Albania’s ten largest companies. The first two largest companies in Albania were GSM operators AMC and Vodafone. These companies were followed by Bechtel-Enka, an American-Turkish consortium building a large-scale highway that will link Albania to Kosova. Another Turkish company, Kurum, was the fourth in the top ten list. Kurum is active in the iron and steel industry in Albania. Turkish oil company, Alpet, was the seventh on the list.
