TIRANA, Oct. 26 – On Sunday the clock goes one hour back, a decision that is applied every year all around Europe. The same thing has been happening in Europe since 1974 after the oil crisis when some countries decided to take the clock one hour ahead in order to have more sunny hours and consume less electricity. The decision turned into a law in 1981 and that has been renovated every four years. Clock changes one hour ahead in the last Sunday of March and one hour back in the last Sunday of October.
