TIRANA, July 5 – Police arrested two persons who presented themselves as policemen and deceived people.
Last week, Fatmir Rasim Fllaga, 55, and Adriana Enver Ura, 26, both residents in capital Tirana introduced themselves as working with Interpol Tirana asking for certain amounts of money from about 100 persons wanting to get false diplomatic passports.
They had created an office, and said they were funded from foreign citizens.
Following a two-month investigation, police found considerable materials at their office that could serve to charge them with falsifying documents.
In another operation, police arrested a gang that covered faces with masks when robbing fuel stations and houses in the southwestern port city of Vlora.
After arresting Viktor Ibrahim Nuredinaj, 39, and Lodian Napolon Zykaj, 30, police found weapons and ammunition, and other material at their houses.
