SHKODRA, Feb. 4 – Police in the northern city of Shkodra arrested eight persons considered as suspects of belonging to two crime gangs there.
Four teenagers were arrested while trying to steal a house in a village in Shkodra district.
Four other teenagers were also arrested in another commune for the same crime, theft.
