TIRANA, April 7 – Tirana police reported it arrested two of its officials and charged them with corruption and abuse of post.
Preng Froku, 43, and Besnik Preni, 34, were arrested Tuesday. They were police inspectors at the property crime department.
The internal police control arrested them following a two-month investigation and accused them of passive corruption.
