DURRES, Oct. 11 – Agim Kapxhiu, 55, was allegedly killed Wednesday in Ishem by his uncle Rifat Kapxhiu, 70, over a property disagreement, police reported. Rifat was arrested later at the forest of Shkafane. Agim had served as top road policeman in Kavaja, a top road policeman in Durres and was serving at the border police in Durres.
