TIRANA, April 11 – Naim Luli, 47, was arrested in capital Tirana following a long time being considered at large.
In 2006 a Tirana court sentenced Luli to 14 years imprisonment for a murder he had committed in 2002 when he killed Astrit Cani in Zall Herr village close to the capital.
He was arrested at 21 Dhjetori cross road close to the capital’s center.
