POGRADEC, Feb. 5 – Two persons, aged 26 and 31 years old, were arrested in the eastern lake city of Pogradec after a failed attempt to rape a teenager.
Both had tried to get in their car a 16 year old girl in the evening. But the girl managed to escape after suffering some violent attacks. The girl later sued them at the police.
