TIRANA, Oct. 30 – The Pjeter Arbnori cultural center held a one-week book fair titled “Book for all.” It aimed at offering a new possibility to the publishers to show their products. Year 2006 was declared from the Culture Ministry and the year of the book and the year of Ismail Kadare. Some 350,000 people visited the fair of some 80 publishing houses, the first ‘free of charge’, according to organizers. Publishers offered cut prices up to 20-30 percent less.
