Alcatel-Lucent and Vodafone Albania closed a deal on one of the biggest investments yet for the distribution of the Alcatel-Lucent Sure Pay(r) program solutions in prepaid phone service. A big contribution in the success of this project was Alcatel-Lucent’s ability to project and direct the program within short periods of time from the client’s requests. Some of the professional services offered according to the contract include design, integration and migration of the previous Vodafone system into the Alcatel-Lucent platform.
Alcatel-Lucent 862o SurePay platform will help Vodafone to introduce new and attractive offers in the market. According to Genci Hamzaraj, Chief of Vodafone Albania Technology Department, the new voice and SMS packages are already in the market.
