TIRANA, Nov 27 – The Tirana European University on Thursday held a conference to discuss on the constitution ten years after it has come to power.
The conference “Albania’s Constitution, 199802008: 10 tears later” was attended by senior legal personalities and top university officials.
The main issues of the conference was how the Constitution passed in 1998 has been applied in its first decade, the legal system in the country, role of the Supreme Court, the issue of immunity, religion ties with the authorities, and so on.
