German aid for water supply in northern Albania

TIRANA, Dec 23 – Germany gave Albania 1.5 million euro for the second stage of the water supply project in Diber, Kukes and Shkodra.
The deal was signed Tuesday from the Albanian Finance Minister Ridvan Bode.
It is a soft 30-year loan with a 2 percent annual interest and first 10-year grave period.
The total cost of the project is 1.785 million and the remaining part will be secured from local resources.
