TIRANA, Jan 25 – Eagle Mobile, the newest mobile telephone company in Albania, was selected as the operator to offer mobile services for government employees.
This followed a tender by the Ministry of Works, Transport and Telecommunications on January 12. Eagle Mobile submitted the best bid and the most economic terms, thus convincing the ministry to choose it as the service provider for the employees of eight state ministerial departments.
More than 60,000 government employees shall have the opportunity to use the newest services that Eagle Mobile has launched in the Albanian telecommunication market.
Eagle Mobile has 300,000 subscribers in the country.
