TIRANA, Feb 23 – Albania is continuingly attracting an increasing amount of interest from international property investors.
Property Abroad Director Les Calvert said they were continuously recommending Albania for property investment “as it has displayed an incredible resilience to the credit crunch. The entrance of these new multi-million Euro Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITS) confirms Albania as a destination worthy of overseas property investment, and at the same time makes investment an even better prospect. We are recommending that investors get in now while prices are still relatively low, because these big REITS have the power to practically ensure those who buy now profit greatly over the mid-long term.”
Property Abroad have many investment properties in Albania, but one particular property in Tirana is particularly worthy of consideration, especially to those looking for an entry level investment.
Property Abroad also have some apartments in Saranda from just under ò9,000. Saranda is located beautifully raised on a hill overlooking the Ionian Sea and the Greek island of Corfu.
Fresh Property Albania offer property investors the chance to invest in a new off plan development located on the side of the hill also in Saranda. Saranda Sunset View will be constructed with the highest standards and quality at amazing off plan prices from 37,200 Euros. Comparable apartments in a comparable location in Corfu would be at least 3 times higher in price.
Property prices in the area have been consistently rising over the past few years as infrastructure continues to improve and roads to the capital Tirana and the Greek borders improve. Analysts also add that prices will continue to rise and forecast for capital growth, despite the global crisis, of up to 15 percent in the next 12 months.
