Travel abroad increases revenues from health insurance

TIRANA, June 13؁lbanians traveling abroad have doubled revenues from health insurance. Official sources reveal that revenues from health and personal accident insurances amounted to 29 million Lek in January 2009, a growth rate of 99% from the same period a year ago.
Experts suggest that the large increase in insurance revenues is a consequence of Albanians traveling abroad. Health insurance carried the biggest weight with 75% of the revenues and it recorded growth both in travel health and personal health insurance.
