Albania’s business community concerned about corruption

TIRANA, Sep 18ؒepresentatives of Albania’s National Chamber of Commerce expressed their concern about the corrupt practices of state authorities during their meeting with the head of the Tax Administration Office, Artur Papajani, local newspaper Shqip reported.
Representatives of the business community said that businesses face many difficulties when unfairly penalized by the state administration.
The unfair treatment, combined with the economic crisis, high production costs and lower demand has led several businesses to bankruptcy they said.
