Italian violinist Uto Ughi and the Philharmonic Orchestra of Rome will give on Thursday, April 8, a concert at the National Theatre of Opera and Ballet. The event organized by the Italian Institute of Culture in Tirana is held in the frame of the “Albania, Italy, Two Peoples, One Sea, One Friendship” cultural activities.
Italian violinist and conductor Uto Ughi was the music director of l’Orchestra dell’Accademia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia from 1992-1997. He is considered one of Italy’s greatest living violinists and is also active in the promotion of classical music in today’s culture.
