TIRANA, Jan. 13 – A gala opera concert bringing together Albania and Italian musicians will be held on Friday, January 21 at the National Theatre of Opera and Ballet in Tirana. The concert organized by the Italian Cultural Institute in Tirana and the Albanian public broadcaster RTSH, will bring on stage renowned Italian and Albanian soloists. The symphonic orchestra of the RTSH will be directed by Eddi De Nadai while violinist Suela Piciri, viola player Rocco Filippini and pianist Bruno Canino will also accompany.
The programme foresees parts by Beethoven, Ciajkovskij, Ghedini.
Gheddini’s Concerto dell’Albatro will be an absolute premiere for the Albanian public.
