Albania, Mongolia work to strengthen ties

TIRANA, March 25 – Albania and Mongolia signed Tuesday a memorandum of understanding in an effort to strengthen bilateral ties.
That was part of the visit from the Mongolian Foreign Minister Damba Gankhuyag made to Tirana for the 65th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Albania and Mongolia.
Albanian Deputy Foreign Minister Sokol Dervishaj talked with his Mongolian visitor telling him about Tirana’s priorities and its regional role.
Both countries pledged to promote cooperation between the two countries by improving the legal framework of cooperation.
Mongolia also opened the Honorary Consulate of Mongolia in Tirana.
