A Yacht Marina in plans of the government.

TIRANA, May 5؁lbanian government plans to build a Marina for yachts in the Lazli Bay, Durres. Ministry of Public Works, Transports and Telecommunications is inviting bidders for the concession of the new port.
According to the criteria set by MPWTT, all bidders should present only offer and should accept all conditions set by the government and the obligations set for the winning offer. Insurance of the offer, amounting to 2% of the declared investment should be presented together with the offer in question.
According to MPWTT, no bidder will be excluded on basis of citizenship. Deadline for the bids will be June 18, 2009, which also be the day when all offers will be made public.
