Albania, Japan sign loan for Tirana canal system

TIRANA, April 15 – Albania and Japan signed a $120 million loan on Tuesday that is expected to bring a major impact to the capital’s infrastructure.
The loan was pledged during the visit to Japan by the Albanian premier earlier this year.
Japan has been one of the main donors to post-communist Albania.(Tirana Times Staff)
